BJ Novak has a rumoured new love interest! The sitcom actor is reportedly in a relationship with TikTok star Delaney Rowe, according to sources cited in People.
Speculation started circulating that the pair were dating back in December, after they were spotted together at a hotel in New York. They were also photographed together at The Official How Long Gone After Party at The Standard in New York in November.
This caused fans to take to social media and speculate further that the pair were romantically linked. One user wrote on X in April: 'I just found out that BJ Novak is dating Delaney Rowe from tiktok and I have no one to talk about this with why did god curse me with the ability to process vast amounts of useless pop culture knowledge and not something useful, like how to do math?'

Delaney Rowe is a TikTok creator, who is best known for sharing funny videos that parody 'absolutely insufferable female lead of an indie movie.' Her content is hugely popular - Rowe has 4 million followers between Instagram and TikTok.
She always had dreams of being an actor. However, after moving to LA, she realised she had a knack for comedic acting. 'There was this huge gap in between how myself and my team saw me, and how people in the actual industry saw me — like, something’s not connecting, and we couldn’t figure it out,' she told Vanity Fair in 2023, explaining that the roles her managers and agents wanted her to try for were the 'Nina Dobrev' type, and didn't align with her skillset.
She started doing TikTok during the pandemic, to get back to her acting roots. 'I want to do something to make my insides match my outsides a little bit more, and I have to write them — I can’t just expect material to show up, and then I can put my fun take on it,' she told Vanity Fair. 'TikTok came around, and I was like, I’m just going to use this as one big self-tape to show anybody who wants to watch that I can be funny.'
