After last Friday's big reveal saw Beyoncé share the first picture of her twins to Instagram one month after their birth, confirming their names as Rumi and Sir Carter, we finally know a little more about the new arrivals: namely, which of the pair will have bragging rights as the older sibling...

According to a birth certificate reportedly obtained by TMZ, Rumi was delivered first, with the time of birth for both recorded as 5.13am on June 13th.

The certificate also confirms that the twins were delivered by Dr Paul Crane, the OB-GYN of choice for the Kardashian family who has previously delivered children for Kourtney and Kim.

While some fans were confused by the caption of Beyoncé's Instagram post, taking it to mean that her son was in fact named 'Sir Carter Carter,' the singer's mother Tina soon cleared the matter up in an Instagram post of her own, clarifying that the twins are to be known as Sir Carter and Rumi Carter. Phew.

Tina also shared some quotes from the poet Rumi, describing the lines as 'not only beautiful but logical.'
