After around a month of speculation, Beyoncé has introduced the world to her newborn twins in an appropriately Internet-breaking Instagram photo shoot, posted earlier this morning.

In her caption, the singer confirmed the names of her new additions as Sir Carter and Rumi, and revealed that they were born one month ago today, on June 14th.

Harking back to her original Instagram reveal of the pregnancy news back in February, Bey posed in front of a floral arch carrying Blue Ivy's two new siblings, wearing a long turquoise veil perched towards the back of her head and a flowy floral kimono-esque dress.

Prior to the happy news being confirmed by Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z, a source told People magazine that 'Bey and Jay are thrilled and have started sharing the news with their family and closest friends.'

It also turned out that Beyoncé's father's prediction was correct, as the A-list couple welcomed a boy and a girl.

The singer revealed to the world that she was expecting not one but two new additions to the Carter-Knowles clan back in February, pulling the ultimate Beyoncé with an internet-breaking Instagram announcement.

Posting a heavily stylised image in which she was clad in a green veil, blue knickers and a burgundy 'Lorna' bra by Agent Provocateur, holding her developing stomach, the 35-year-old wrote:

'We would like to share our love and happiness. We have been blessed two times over. We are incredibly grateful that our family will be growing by two, and we thank you for our well wishes. The Carters'

The singer had managed to keep her pregnancy entirely secret, with not even a whisper preceding her baby announcement.

Beyoncé and Jay are (as mentioned above) already parents to Blue Ivy Carter, who celebrated her 5th birthday in January. The singer revealed her first pregnancy during a performance at MTV's Video Music Awards in 2011, when she unbuttoned her jacket, dropped her microphone and rubbed her stomach to indicate the happy news. Four years later, Blue Ivy accompanied her mother to the same awards ceremony.

What can we say to the billionaire power couple except, of course, a MASSIVE CONGRATULATIONS to Bey and Jay!
