Best Couple Ever Alert: Are Jennifer Lawrence and Nicholas Hoult Engaged?

Ordinarily, we don’t pay too much heed to the usual celebrity engagement rumours that inevitably do the rounds, but this one is actually just super exciting – because there’s actually a chance that Jennifer Lawrence and Nicholas Hoult are engaged. Maybe. Perhaps.

JLaw and steady boyf Nicholas were spotted yesterday looking adorable (and like, they were having a really good time, we REALLY want to be their friends), having a drink and a smoke outside a North London pub. So far, so unexciting. But beady-eyed photographers spotted some serious bling on a very important finger, which has sent the rumour millinto over drive that the couple might actually now be engaged.

They’ve already been our favourite couple since they started dating in 2010, but this really would be the icing on the cake, wouldn’t it? Imagine the wedding… He’d be dressed in Tom Ford (natch) and she in a custom-made Hunger Games fire gown (obvs), and she could walk down the aisle to a rousing rendition of _Killing Me Softl_yfrom About A Boy (probs).

While we’re still not ruling out the possibility that it’s not true (sometimes a ring is just a ring), we’re still pretty excited about the prospect, aren’t you? Not to jump ahead of ourselves, but we can’t wait to get our invite in the post. Better start hat shopping...
