She may be genetically blessed, but that doesn’t mean Bella Hadid doesn’t work incredibly hard for her body. In a recent interview during the launch of her newest campaign Nike Cortez, she revealed just how much time she spends in the gym, and it's a lot.
The 20-year-old supermodel is practically ubiquitous. She, along with her older sister Gigi, has fronted campaigns for every major designer, walked in the Victoria's Secret show and is a bonafide member of the supermodel squad lead by millennial juggernaut Kendall Jenner. And she is not showing any signs of slowing.
But, aside from all the above, she's a lot like us - she loves to binge on junk food: pizzas, burgers, ice cream, popcorn, donuts, chips (all the good stuff, really).
However, when Bella inhales a whole pizza on the sofa on a quiet night in, she goes hard at the gym the next day.
'When I work out I love to work out. I train and I work out hard for two hours,' she told E! News during the Nike Cortez launch event in Los Angeles on Sunday.

She and Gigi work out with personal trainer Rob Piela, but Bella doesn't waste her time on anything that doesn't get her heart racing and her blood pumping.
'I don't like to do the whole yoga thing. I think yoga is calming and it's amazing, but if I am going to go for it I am going to go hard.'
Boxing, squats and ab crunches is what you'll find Bella engaged in, but not without a bit of a struggle getting out of bed.
'I wouldn't say I get out of bed and I am like, "I am going to go work out!" but when I get to the gym—rock and roll,' she explained.
We hear you, Bella.
