Bebe Rexha has shared with fans that she isbipolar, and also told her followers that she is ‘not ashamed anymore’. The singer revealed her diagnosis on Twitter, in a thread of tweets. 'For the longest time, I didn’t understand why I felt so sick,' the musician wrote on Twitter. 'Why I felt lows that made me not want to leave my house or be around people and why I felt highs that wouldn’t let me sleep, wouldn’t let me stop working or creating music. Now I know why.'

Bebe continued in another tweet, 'I'm bipolar and I'm not ashamed anymore. That is all. (Crying my eyes out.)' ‘I don't want you to feel sorry for me,' she added. 'I just want you to accept me. That's all. Love you.'

The star also took to her Instagram stories recently to share a heartfelt message with her fanbase. 'I'm trying to be more grateful because sometimes you can get caught up in the number on the weight scale and the number on your bank account and the chart positions and you can get super competitive and I don't want to be caught in my life like that,' the Last Hurrah singer said.

In January, the popstar revealed that designers refused to dress her 'too big' frame for the Grammys in February, saying, 'If a size 6/8 is too big I don’t know what to tell you, I don’t want to wear your fucking dresses, because that’s crazy.'
