If you binge watched the latest series of The Crown in a weekend and you're counting the days until the next installment, we have some news you’ll want to take note of.
Thanks to the British Heart Foundation you have the chance to get a sneak peek at the highly anticipated third series before anyone else. The charity have launched an exclusive online auction ahead of The Beating Hearts Ball on Tuesday 20 February with a number of once-in-a-lifetime experiences up for grabs - most notably a walk in part in the new season of The Crown.
This will be your chance to see behind the scenes on set of Netflix’s hit royal show and rub shoulders with its A-list cast. For the third season this includes the likes of Olivia Coleman, Helena Bonham Carter and Paul Bettany, playing the Queen, Princess Margaret and Prince Philip respectively.
The show’s third round will start after the birth of Elizabeth and Philip’s youngest child, Prince Edward and will carry us through Harold Wilson’s turbulent tenure as Prime Minister, which saw the UK gripped by economic crises and industrial strikes. We can also expect to be introduced to the characters of both Princess Diana and Camilla Parker Bowles.
Other prizes available include a photoshoot with world-renowned Vogue photographer James Bignall and a private tour from Lady Carnarvon of the famous gardens used as the set for the Golden-Globe winning series Downton Abbey.
