Since Amber Heard filed for divorce from Johnny Depp back in May, the situation has got very ugly, and it seems now things have got even uglier.
Entertainment site TMZ have obtained a video of the couple involved in a heated row, caught on camera by Heard herself.
The video shows Depp throwing a wine bottle and glass after being asked by Heard if he had drunk the entire volume that morning. He is also seen pacing up and down their kitchen slamming surfaces and screaming and swearing at the actress.
‘I just woke up and you were so sweet, and nice. We were not even fighting this morning. All I did was say sorry.’ Heard is recorded saying.
To which Depp then says: ‘You want to see crazy, I’ll show you something crazy.’
The minute and a half clip then ends when Depp notices that he’s being recorded by Heard.
This latest update in the case comes following the news that Amber did not show for her deposition on Friday morning in her domestic violence and divorce case with Johnny Depp due to an ‘uncited emergency’.
On the 28th May we wrote...
A Los Angeles judge has ordered Johnny Depp to stay away from estranged wife Amber Heard after she filed court documents alleging he assaulted her.
The judge ruled that Depp should not try to contact Heard as part of the ruling.
The court heard that Mr Depp threw his mobile phone at the actress during a fight last Saturday.
“I live in fear that Johnny will return to (our house) unannounced to terrorise me, physically and emotionally,” wrote Heard in a sworn declaration.
The actress filed for divorce from her husband of 15 months on Monday citing irreconcilable differences.
Heard took a photograph of herself with a bruised cheek and eye to the LA Superior Court. She reported that there was a history of abuse throughout their relationship and stated that the actor was high on drugs and drunks at the time of the incident.
Other photographs submitted by the actress show broken bottles, picture frames and smashed glass.
Documents filed by Depps lawyers state that “Amber is attempting to secure a premature financial resolution by alleging abuse”.
