Amber Heard and Elon Musk have sparked reunion rumours after being spotted sharing lunch at a Texan restaurant in Los Angeles yesterday. The couple, who split up three months ago, were photographed kissing after leaving the eatery together. They have always insisted that they parted ways on good terms, and have reportedly been in contact ever since.
The Tesla billionaire and Hollywood star made their relationship official back in April with an Instagram post taken at an event in Australia, which showed Musk wearing a lipstick kiss on his cheek from Heard. The actress was in the country filming her role as Queen of the Atlantis in Aquaman with Jason Momoa.
The couple had sparked relationship rumours before, and had reportedly been friends for several years, including during Heard’s marriage to Johnny Depp. They got together after Heard and Depp divorced, amidst claims that he had physically abused her. Musk’s dating history is more chequered, including marrying and divorcing the British actress Talulah Riley twice. He also has six sons with his first wife, Justine.
At the time of their split, the Mail on Sunday reported: ‘It’s all over between Amber and Elon and she’s devastated. It was his decision. He ended it a week ago. He’d heard certain things about her behaviour that didn’t sit well with him. Amber can be very manipulative and selfish. Elon’s back in LA while she’s licking her wounds in Australia.
