Amber Heard and her tech billionaire boyfriend Elon Musk have called it quits after less than a year of dating.
According to reports by the Mail on Sunday, it was the Tesla founder who made the decision. ‘It’s all over between Amber and Elon and she’s devastated,' a source told the paper. 'It was his decision. He ended it a week ago. He’d heard certain things about her behaviour that didn’t sit well with him. Amber can be very manipulative and selfish. Elon’s back in LA while she’s licking her wounds in Australia.’
Johnny Depp's ex and the PayPal (and space) entrepreneur have known each other for several years and had been linked before they confirmed that they were dating. In April this year, the duo made things official on Instagram, both sharing the same picture at an event in Australia, where Heard was filming.
Amber’s father David told Grazia in April that, ‘Amber and Elon are both very serious about each other. She would love to get married. One of the things they want to do is settle down and have a family.’
While Amber's turbulent divorce from ex Johnny Depp is well-documented, Elon too has had a tricky relationship history. He has six sons with his first wife Justine and has been married and divorced twice to British actress and author Talulah Riley.
