Who’d have thought that Kanye West, rapper, producer, designer and say-er of silly things, is 40 years of age? It’s like it was only yesterday that the then slightly lesser known hip-hop star released the song ‘Stronger’ with little more controversy than a pair of really inconveniently designed shutter shades to follow.

But a lot can change over the course of a decade. Since then Yeezy has married one of the biggest social media stars in the world, publically pissed off, made up with and then pissed Taylor Swift off again and become one of the most heavily anticipated (for both good and not so good reasons) designers to show at New York Fashion Week.

Yep, Ye is a different person now. He doesn’t wear polo shirts with the collar popped anymore. Many would probably need reminding that the man who sang ‘Touch The Sky’ and ‘Famous’ are in fact the same person. But the one thing we can rely on Mr West for, is not to smile. At least, not very often.
