Le Dali at Hôtel Le Meurice (228 Rue de Rivoli). This opulent restaurant was relaunched this week and was named after Salvador Dali, who for 30 years regularly stayed here. World renowned chef Alain Ducasse is a great lover of fine products and sees to it that the seasons determine the recipes. Also not afraid of what the future will bring to the gastronomic world, Ducasse has enrolled the help of Norwegian salmon smoker Ole Hansen-Lydersen. (A very tall, very Scandinavian young man...don't mind if we do!)

Silencio (142 Rue Montmartre). Located in the heart of Paris' Grands Boulevards district, with an interior entirely masterminded and designed by world famous filmmaker David Lynch. Whether you choose the live stage with reflective dance floor, cocooned sitting lounge, the 24-seat cinema or the smoke room, there is a dark intimate room for all tastes. Open Saturdays 6pm - 6am this club has international DJs playing until the sun comes up.

Jovoy (4 Rue de Castiglione). Brainchild of Francois Henin this luxurious perfumery is very Parisien, with a truly Gustave Eiffel feel. Think antique furniture, bespoke leather perfume trunks and wooden parquet flooring. Spritzing is frowned upon here, instead brown tester bottles are placed under glass domes allowing clients a chance to smell the fragrances so the harshness of the alcohol doesn't burn their nose. Ooh la la!

Cartier (13 Rue de la Paix). Opened in 1899 this flagship store is one of the most beautiful places to shop for jewellery in Paris. Cartier has been legendary through the ages. Russian aristocracy were enchanted with Louis Francois Cartier's designs, Indian Maharajas entrusted them with precious gem stones to be re-set into designs of the day and later on Cartier was worshipped by the likes of Grace Kelly in the golden age of Hollywood. We thought this would be the perfect place for Kimye to do some last minute wedding bands shopping.

In case you haven’t heard, the biggest wedding of the year is taking place this weekend. Since the beginning of the week when they flew into the French capital, Kimye and the Kardashian krew have been pictured out and about eating at all the hottest eateries. Last night Kim and her sister Kourtney were spotted at chic restaurant Costes on Rue de St. Honore, enjoying frogs legs at her pre-bachelorette dinner. Then this morning she was joined by Kanye and all the family when she visited the Valentino Chateaufor brunch as guests of the designer Valentino. Wedding dress rumours have also been flying too with Kanye and Kim visiting Parisian designer shops, Celine, Lanvin and Balmain to name but a few.
