If you've yet to check Instagram this morning, you may be unaware that Khloe Kardashian has covered Complex magazine in the only way that family knows how: oiled-up, pouting and er, ‘All About That Bass’.

The gym-themed shoot sees Khloe in a number of highly impractical exercise get-ups, including long fake nails, stacks of bracelets and huge hoop earrings. But who cares? Khloe looks smoking, and boy, does she know it.

Khloe's been quite the gym bunny of late - the only thing more prevalent on her Instagram than selfies are re-grammed pap shots of her in her Lycra, or being shouted at by trainer Gunnar Peterson, who also trains the rest of the Kardashian posse.

"I haven't worked out in two and a half years. I'm living out my youth eating what I want and not doing any exercise." - Kylie, on being more like a teen than you think.

"I do whatever Gunnar tells me to do. I go four times a week. Some cardio, some muscle-building to tone myself up." - Kendall, on following orders

"Some days Khloé will join me…just setting that trainer session and knowing I'm not going to flake. I also try to eat really clean and at home as much as I can." - Kourtney, who finds it a struggle to not end up at a restaurant.

'I drink like twelve cups of detox tea a day" - Kendall, who must be a nightmare on long car trips.

'We're focusing on different body parts we're making me more lean rather than big and bulky,' - Khloe, on turning into the Rock.

"Kanye loves to eat really healthy and is always on different diets…We just started seeing a nutritionist who changes our diet every 10 days" - Kim, who gets really bored of quinoa.

"I lost like 13 lbs. since January from just cutting out dairy" - Khloe, who's kissed goodbye to Brie.

"Running takes me about 35 minutes on the trails, and then I'll come back and work my abs or legs. I like to listen to music while I work out, but I don't need it to pump me up or get energized. It's weird—I'll put my iPod on shuffle and listen to slow R&B songs or even classical music, which most people think is so bizarre. I don't need anything fast." - Kim, on busting a move to Vivaldi.

"I ask Kanye, "Do you want to go for a run?" And he usually does. Or he won't because he has a workout, so we'll just talk about that, then kisses." - Kim, on how the couple that works out together, stays together.

"I think I forget every time—you give birth and you want your stomach to be flat again. It does take a lot of work, but I usually start slowly by going on walks with the baby." - Kourtney, on mommy-and-me exercise

"I try to work out like five days a week, it's a lot but I feel great when I do it" - Khloe, whose diary is really full.

"When I go to Barry's Bootcamp, they put on dance music or house music sometimes, and that slows me down." Kim, who can't get down to Rihanna.
