Food In A Flash: Our Six Second Recipe Guide To Naughty & Nice Mac 'N' Cheese

Every Friday she will be posting easy-peasy, quick-as-a-flash recipes that are a doddle to do. And because we don't want to take up any more of your time, here's our Naughty & Nice Mac 'N' Cheese.

Naughty & Nice Mac 'N' Cheese

Serves 4

Shopping list:

All the ingredients below are from Waitrose:

300g Essential Waitrose Macaroni

350g Waitrose Creme Fraiche

150ml Waitrose Double Cream

100g Essential Waitrose English mature Cheddar

100g Castello Danish Blue

100g Waitrose grated mozzerella

150g Waitrose Jarslberg medium

Equipment:

Lakeland Traditional enamel 16cm oblong pie dish £2.39 each

Method:

  1. HEAT the oven to 190C/170C fan/gas mark 5.

  2. BOIL your macaroni in salted water for 8-10 minutes.

  3. HEAT the creme fraiche and double cream with a bay leaf until it starts to boil.

  4. ADD most of the cheese and watch it melt. Mmmm. (Keep a little back for sprinkling on top)

  5. MIX your pasta and your sauce, adding a little seasoning.

  6. SCOOP into your enamelware dishes, cover with a little sprinkling of cheese.

  7. BAKE for 30 minutes until they are bubbling with delight. YUM!
