Every Friday she will be posting easy-peasy, quick-as-a-flash recipes that are a doddle to do. And because we don't want to take up any more of your time, here's our Naughty & Nice Mac 'N' Cheese.
Naughty & Nice Mac 'N' Cheese
Serves 4

All the ingredients below are from Waitrose:
150ml Waitrose Double Cream
100g Castello Danish Blue

Method:

HEAT the oven to 190C/170C fan/gas mark 5.

BOIL your macaroni in salted water for 8-10 minutes.

HEAT the creme fraiche and double cream with a bay leaf until it starts to boil.

ADD most of the cheese and watch it melt. Mmmm. (Keep a little back for sprinkling on top)

MIX your pasta and your sauce, adding a little seasoning.

SCOOP into your enamelware dishes, cover with a little sprinkling of cheese.

BAKE for 30 minutes until they are bubbling with delight. YUM!
