Chilli Prawn Blinis
Serves 8
Shopping list:
All the ingredients below are from Waitrose

CUT small rounds out of the tortilla wraps using a cutter or a shot glass.

FRY lightly in a little olive oil until golden brown.

DOLLOP fresh green guacamole on each tortilla round.

PLACE a juicy de-shelled king prawn on each bite.

SPRINKLE with fresh coriander and finely chopped chilli.

SERVE with a delicious homemade mini Bloody Mary.
