Be still our beating hearts. Just when we thought we'd had our fill of new beauty trends, Versace presented a show-stopper at their Autumn/Winter Couture show.

Finding a way to elevate bohemian beauty and make it both sophisticated and modern isn't easy - but that's exactly what master hairstylist Guido and his team did, for an all-star cast of models (including Kendall Jenner and Joan Smalls), using the chicest of floral headbands.

Instead of opting for the kind of flower-packed crown you might see atop the heads of Glastonbury goers, Versace's girl wore a monotone, slim crown of dark leaves.

Guido paired these with soft, easy waves in a carefully roughed-up texture to keep things on the right side of beachy for an effortlessly unfussy charm.

A nude, glossy lip, metallic eye and sculpted cheekbones, crafted by face painter extraordinaire, Pat McGrath, added a futuristic touch to their fairy-esque look, and made it more wearable than the customary smattering of glitter that usually accompanies flower crowns. Festival never looked so chic.
