Monikh Dale's Skincare Essentials - Grazia
Hayo'U Beauty Restorer Gua Sha, £38
'Recently I've fallen back in love with my Gua Sha, using it to push out all those wine toxins. It's also a great way to boost circulation and collagen, making my skin glow.'
Sunday Riley Juno Antioxidant + Superfood Face Oil, £27
'This is ideal now that the weather has turned and my skins in need of more intense hydration than before. I smother my face in this before facial massage or pre bed.'
Dr Dennis Gross Skincare Hyaluronic Marine Dew It Right Eye Gel, £59
'I've currently found myself extremely busy with work, which I'm so so grateful for, but I've noticed that my eyes are looking a little darker than before (I never thought I had dark circles until someone online commented that in fact I do - lovely). So on days when I've hardly slept I pull out this beauty - an intense hyaluronic gel to de-puff, fill fine lines and of course, lighten dark circles.'
Lixirskin Electrogel Cleanser , £25
'With all the heavier oils and creams, a good cleanser is super important to keep the skin clean and fresh. I've been using Lixirskin's Electrogel Cleanser which removes dirt and pollution, creating a fresh base for my nighttime routine.'
Mario Badescu Drying Lotion, £15.50
'The change of weather can often cause us to breakout. So, for those days, grab Mario Badescu's Drying Lotion. Apply with a cotton bud before bed and the spot should have dried out by the morning. '
Sarah Chapman Pro Hydro-Mist Facial Steamer, £119
'I've spoken about this a few times but it really is my skin savour, especially when I'm in need of a hydration boost. I'll use this before applying a sheet mask to ensure I've locked in all that goodness - perfect pre night out/in. When in need of some skin TLC I'll apply a chemical peal followed by the steamer to help the chemicals work in deeper.'
