Over the past few months, I’ve tested more SPFs than I’d care to admit. With my skin being incredibly sensitive- particularly when it comes to blemishes and redness- I tend to react to unsuitable products within a day or two. How to apply Laneige Hydro UV Defense EX sunscreen SPF 50
After speaking to a dermatologist last year I realised I was applying too little SPF. Much too little. Nowadays, after shaking the tube, I'll squeeze out two finger lengths worth - this is the recommended to dose to ensure adequate protection. I'll apply all across my face, taking extra care to blend it into the hairline where I have extra pigmentation. I'll then take a third fingers worth and apply across my neck and décolletage. Honestly, since being diligent and liberal with my SPF application it's made the world of difference to my skin. Be consistent and reap the rewards.
