In case you missed it, today is apparently the most depressing day of the year. Dreamed up by the marketing team of a travel company in a bid to sell flights, we now have the joy of ‘Blue Monday’ on the third Monday of January every year. While we all know rubbish days can strike at any time, regardless of the date, the combination of miserable weather and waiting for payday post Christmas can make January feel like a tough mountain to climb.
However, on the flip side, it’s the ideal excuse to hunker down and make your way through those previously neglected books and box sets. While you’re at it you might as well light all the candles, loll about in the bath and find five minutes to finally do that face mask. Here's what we'll be treating ourselves to for those much-needed nights in...
Blue Monday Beauty
