Made In Chelsea's Sophie Habboo has, for the majority of locdown (we're talking 0.1, 0.2 and our current spell of 0.3 here), dedicated her Instagram stories to keeping her followers buoyed and entertained, both with and occasionally at the expense boyfriend Jamie Laing. Need a midday pick-me-up? You need do no more than head to her Instagram and tune into their videos. As the reality TV series prepares to take to E4 again for its long-awaited 21st season, we dive into Sophie Habboo's lockdown survival tactics and ask her to reveal a few of her favourite mood-boosters.

The song I listen to when I need a boost: No Scrubs, by TLC.

The book I can’t put down: The Secret.

My go-to feelgood recipe: Sesame seared tuna on a bed of brown rice, soy sauce, coriander, red chillis and spring onions.

The Instagram accounts that bring me joy: @jamielaing, @casey_frey_,

What never fails to make me smile: A baby laughing, anyone laughing.

My go-to supplement: Vitamin D and magnesium.

My favourite at-home workout: Fitness Blender Brutal HIIT Ladder Workout.

My feel-good at-home beauty routine: Shower, exfoliate my face and body, fake tan, Charlotte Tilbury Goddess Skin Clay Mask, £38, hair in a hair mask, wet and in a bun. Comfy, clean, fresh pyjamas.

My fail-safe face mask: Charlotte Tilbury Goddess Skin Clay Mask, £38.

Another song that makes me smile: I'm Yours, by Jason Mraz.

The smell that lifts my mood: Jasmin, and citrus scents.

The movie I’ll happily watch again and again: Just Go With It.

The Netflix show I tell everyone to watch: Grace and Frankie.

My happy place: The beach in Southern Spain where my dad lives and I’ve grown up.

A final feelgood note from me: I know people have their way of thinking but since I was 15 years old, when my dad gave me a book called The Secret, I have lived my life through the power of my mind, vibrations and positive thinking. Like attracts like. If we keep our vibrations high I truly believe only things that are aligned with our vibrations can come into contact with us. Be grateful every day for the small things you have, the ones you love, who love you. Be grateful for your body, the eyes that enable you to read this article. Be grateful. Be positive. Visualise, manifest, because truly, you are the only one who can create your destiny. You can live anyway you want to live. You just need to believe it. Love always from me, Sophie.
