Oti Mabuse first won our hearts as a standout pro on the BBC's Strictly Come Dancing, and now she's here to tell Grazia all about her favourite pick-me-ups.

The song I listen to when I need a boost:'Don’t Stop Believin’' by Journey, it never fails to pick me up when I need a little boost.

The book I can’t put down: You Are A Badass by Jen Sincero - everyone should read this. I loved it and couldn't put it down

My go-to feelgood recipe: My absolute favourite is ribs and fries, it’s just so delicious.

The Instagram account that brings me joy: @girlbossempires- it's all about inspiring women and empowering each other!

What never fails to make me smile: Obviously dancing, it means everything to me.

My go-to supplement: Magnesium, always. I find it really helps with tiredness.

My favourite at-home workout: An ab workout. I'm doing a lot of working out at home with my husband during this difficult time - it's important to keep active.

My favourite at-home self-care ritual: Face masks are always a go to, who doesn’t love a face mask?!

My favourite face mask: Glow skin is amazing, it leaves your skin feeling really fresh and moisturised.

My other failsafe skin product: Aloe vera body moisturiser, it has such a light texture yet absorbs so well into the skin.

Another song that makes me smile: ‘It’s My Life’ by Bon Jovi, nobody can disagree with that one?

The smell that lifts my mood: A Jo Malone London Pomegranate Noir Home Candle 200g, £48, it’s such a magical smell.

The movie I’ll happily watch again and again: Think Like A Man, I could watch it on repeat it’s hilarious.

The Netflix show I tell everyone to watch: It’s got to be Rupaul's Drag Race, I’ve never met anyone that doesn’t love that show.

My happy place: Home, always.

A final feelgood note from me: Everyone, stay at home, stay safe, stay healthy. Call your loved ones and take care of yourselves.
