We highly recommend that those who are stressed out, worn down and in need of a pick-me-up head to Elemis's brand new spa in the centre of London as a matter of urgency. Why? Because their flagship spa has literally just re-opening after a mind-boggling transformation.

Tucked away in a blissfully quiet pocket of Mayfair, the whopping (and very modern) new menu at The House of Elemis has something for every ailment - and budget. From full body overhauls with massage and exfolition that'll have you floating away on a cloud to their signature £20, 15-minute facial, it's well worth a visit, whether you have a day to relax or just a slice of your lunch break.

Billed as a place 'where science meets skin', Elemis's team wanted to create a truly bespoke feel to the new spa and prove that beauty treatments don’t need to be super aggressive or invasive to get results. As well as the specially developed new menu, there's also a private oasis named ‘The Penthouse’ for those who want to relax away from prying eyes, as well as the lightening-fast Speed Spa, where you can have a quick mani tidy, brow re-shape or mini-facial.

We're particularly keen on the Exotic Lime and Ginger Salt Glow, which combines body brushing and exfoliation to banish dry and dull skin and leaves you feeling super-supple and limber. Men are welcome too, with a tailor-made menu of facials and there's also a nurturing massage specially for mums to be. We’ll see you there.
