Activist and podcaster Charli Howard, 30, is already a big name in beauty. Not only has she modelled for brands like Pat McGrath and Agent Provocateur, but she also has own beauty brand, called Squish, whose aim it is to make spot care pretty - if you haven't seen the Cheery Eye & Cheek Masks, Jelly Lip Glosses and Flower Power Acne Patches yet then get acquainted. Needless to say, that when Charli offers beauty advice, people listen.
And this week she took to her Instagram Stories to extol the virtues of Vida Glow's Natural Marine Collagen Original, £43 for 30 sachets. Her post read: 'Not an ad but MAN I'm obsessed with these edible collagen powders!! I've noticed such a difference in my skin after just two weeks of putting them in my tea.' High praise indeed. Speaking exclusively to Grazia Charli said, 'I've been putting one non-flavoured sachet into my morning tea. You can't even taste that it's in there, it just dissolves straight away. After just two weeks of using it I had people saying how glowy and bouncy my skin looked!'.

There are vegan forms of collagen out there too.' - Rose Ferguson, nutritionist.
