The prize draw is open to all UK and ROI residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of the Promoter’s employees, their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

Only one entry per person per day. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Multiple entries made by the same person from various email or other accounts including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram or from the same IP address will not be accepted.

Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to technical or other problems.

Entries must be received between Monday 20th June at 15:00GMT– Monday 27th June at 17:00GMT. The prize draw will take place on Tuesday 28th June.

The winner will receive the following from the Savage Escape Collection:

The winner will be notified by Tuesday 28th June. They will be notified by direct private message via their Twitter Account. If the winner does not respond via the above route on Twitter after 14 days of the Promoter’s initial contact being made, and provide their delivery address details for the prize to be despatched to the winners’ residence, the Promoter reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.

The prizes are as stated, they are not transferable and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of like value in the event that the selected prize is unavailable for any reason whatsoever.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winner agrees to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the prize Draw. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities. Nocompensation for loss of earnings will be paid by the Promoter for participation in any aspect of this prize draw.

If a prize is declined, a winner is disqualified, or if a winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner at random.

The names of the winners will be available by sending a S.A.E. to L’Oréal (U.K.) Ltd, 255 Hammersmith Road, London, W6 8AZ within 4 weeks of the draw date.

Neither the Promoter nor agencies involved in this promotion may be liable to the winners whether arising from tort including negligence, breach of contract or otherwise or for any loss or damage whatsoever caused by matters relating to participation in this prize draw, or in relation to the prizes to the extent permissible by law.

The Promoter reserves the right to add to or vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
