For any beauty lover, walking through Selfridges' beauty hall is more than your typical day out at the shops - it's an elevated experience. From the huge array of iconic brands to the exclusive products, Selfridges is the place to be when you're looking to treat yourself royally. With the plethora of beauty advent calendars launching at the moment, it can be difficult to know which brand to commit to as you think about the countdown to Christmas. However, reflecting on just how special it feels to peruse the Selfridges beauty hall, you'd imagine the Selfridges Advent Calendar to be pretty impressive, too. Spoiler alert: it is.
I was lucky enough to get my hands on the Selfridges 2025 Beauty Advent Calendar before it launched, all in the name of beauty journalism - I know, it's a hard life. Much like the Space NK Advent Calendar, based on previous years, I had super high expectations of what products were behind the yellow doors, and I'm delighted to report that I am thrilled with this year's launch. So much so, I think it might be the brand's best offering yet.
To give you a brief round-up before we get into the full review, you can expect to see classic brands like Charlotte Tilbury, REFY, Gisou, Elemis, Augustinus Bader, Maria Nila and Tatcha. Not only is there a mix of cult classic brands hidden behind the signature yellow doors, but much like wandering through the beauty hall, I discovered some new brands I haven't met yet. I was introduced to brands like Joonbyrd, Charlotte Mensah, and Ex Nihilo, all of which I'm excited to try.

Is Selfridges Beauty Advent Calendar 2025 worth it?
Even though I'm lucky enough to try and test the newest products in beauty, I still get extremely excited about anything Selfridges. This year's beauty advent calendar epitomises the unique Selfridges experience and collates all the unique and staple brands I love to shop from in-store. It's hard not to list the entire contents of this calendar when highlighting my favourites, but here are a couple I was thrilled to see; REFY's Duo Brush, hands down my most used make-up brush, I reach for it every day. Elemis' Resurfacing Facial Pads, I couldn't be without these for a daily exfoliation. Finally, I was excited to see a mini of Charlotte Tilbury's Airbrush Flawless Setting Spray, a ride-or-die product to keep my make-up firmly in place.
