Anyhow it has come to our beauty wise attention that this incredible actress has been displaying some equally incredible expertise in the beauty arena recently.
Quite frankly, Saoirse Ronan's makeup looks have given us a serious dose of inspiration, because she doesn't stick to the usual red carpet uniform of smokey eyes and nude lips, with the occasional bold lip thrown in for good measure. Oh no. Saoirse and her evidently expert hair and makeup team have been throwing together looks worthy of backstage revamp sessions at fashion week. We're talking rose gold eyeshadows, uber glowing skin, painterly lids, the lot.
On the hair front, Saoirse is a walking advert for the bob. The wide range of styles she has been cracking out is testament to how versatile the classic style can be. Saoirse flits between slicked back poker straight dos, 'undone' affairs with tendrils escaping around her beautifully made up face, and tightly pinned-back up-dos. The possibilities are seemingly endless.
What is quite remarkable though, is that despite the constant changes in look, Saoirse always looks like Saoirse. She has a unique understated style that seems to be characterised by an inner confidence. There is nothing of the try-hard about her and consequently no single look ever overpowers her appearance. Saiorse wears the makeup and hairstyles, not the other way around. This is also a result of the skill of her hair and makeup team, but we're betting Saoirse has a big part to play in the final look.
