This Valentine's Day, say it with scent. An enticing new fragrance experience will certainly make your Valentine's Day that extra bit special this year, and we've found the cult perfume that's on everyone's wish list this year at the moment...

Meet Penhaligon's beautiful Elisabethan Rose Eau de Parfum, a stunning, seductive fresh floral. Penhaligon’s has a unique heritage as a master of British perfumery and Royal Warrant Holding fragrance house (they hold two long-standing Royal Warrants from HRH The Duke of Edinburgh and HRH The Prince of Wales). The house’s latest offering is inspired by Queen Elizabeth I's iconic dynasty; indeed the Elisabethan Rose Eau de Parfum boasts a commanding presence.

The majestic bottle that houses the the pale pink fragrance features a beautiful wax seal and a blooming red rose - the emblem of the House of Lancaster, which dates back to the Wars of the Roses during Elizabethan times.

The scent itself is alluring and empowering, featuring heart notes of Lily and Rose Centifolia for a modern take on a fresh floral. Top notes of hazelnut leaf, almond oil and cinnamon add an element of spice and woodiness, while the base notes of Vetyver and Musk ensure the fragrance lingers on the skin.

Our favourite thing about this perfume? You can personalise the fragrance with a message, your name or initials, which will be engraved on the side of the bottle for a truly personal touch. So, add this to your Valentine's Day wish list, or you could always just treat yourself instead!

Elisabethan Rose Eau de Parfum 100ml (RRP £137) is available from all Penhaligon’s stores, and an exclusive 30ml size (RRP £70) is available from www.Penhaligons.com
