There are lots of things that we love about the red carpet. The dresses, the interviews, scrolling through all the photos, but one of our favourite things is getting inspired by the beauty looks on the stars that we love. And when it comes to serving looks that we can’t wait to wear ourselves, no-one else is doing it right now quite like Anya Taylor-Joy, Zendaya, Lady Gaga, Zoe Kravitz, and Kate Hudson.
Thankfully, with Boots, you don’t need a celebrity make-up artist to achieve the same looks.
Boots has got an amazing range of eye makeup which helps you to recreate the looks you love at home.
Discover some of top beauty looks from today’s biggest stars, and the products you’ll need to do them for yourself below.
Anya Taylor-Joy
If there’s one woman who has emerged in the last year as the darling of the red carpet and our beauty inspiration, it’s actress Anya Taylor-Joy. When it comes to her beauty looks, Anya can sometimes be adventurous (oh hi there, shimmering purple shadow!), but most of the time she and her make-up artist Georgie Eisdell stick to her failsafe black-eyeliner-pinky/nude eye shadow-thick-lashes combination worn with a bold lip. Case in point: this Emmys 2021 look (but we could have chosen from so many other award shows, red carpets, and press events). It’s stunning. It’s timeless. It’s also relatively easy. Win, win, win.
Make like Anya and check out Boots' range of eyeliners, including liquid eyeliner, coloured eyeliner, and waterproof eyeliner.

Zendaya
Do you remember when Zendaya turned up for the Dune premiere at the Venice Film Festival in that leather Balmain gown, wet-look hair, and bronzed smokey eye look, and the whole world took a collective gasp? This woman can do no wrong, and frankly, we are not worthy. For this look, make-up artist Raoúl Alejandre played with terracotta eye shadow, spiked bottom lashes, and a darker nude lip, so we’ll now be wearing terracotta eye shadow, spiked bottom lashes, and a darker nude lip.

Lady Gaga
We knew that we were going to be obsessed with Lady Gaga once more when we saw her making the sign of the cross and saying, “Father, Son, and House of Gucci” in the trailer for House of Gucci. What we weren’t prepared for was the Queen of Camp’s make-up when she arrived at the London premiere, painted by Sarah Tanno. Bright purple shadow, lots of glitter, and dark curved brows came together to create what we’re going to say is one of Gaga’s most memorable beauty looks ever.

Zoe Kravitz
Zoe Kravitz is undeniably cool and irrefutably beautiful, so when it comes to her approach to make-up, she tends to be a less-is-more kind of gal. A flawless base, an accentuated eye, and a subtle lip and she is good to go, whether that’s out and about in the city or walking the carpet at the Met Gala. Capture this look with nude shadow, a flick of eyeliner, and perfectly groomed brows.
Get that Zoe look with Boots' eyebrow range, including eyebrow pencils, eyebrow brushes, and eyebrow shapers.

Kate Hudson
When it comes to having fun – especially with her make-up – Kate Hudson knows exactly how to do it, like when she arrived at the InStyle Awards 2021 dressed in head-to-go gold sequins, and sporting a vibrant beauty look of blue eyeshadow paired with rosy cheeks and a pink lip. Get inspired by Kate and be bold with your eye shadow this season too!
