Remember earlier in the year when we told you about the foundation with a 25,000 long waiting list? The first makeup launch from no-frills beauty brand The Ordinary sent the Internet into meltdown, and now the disruptive company are set to cause hysteria again.
Deciem aka The Abnormal Beauty Company, the parent company that owns The Ordinary and other other cult brands including Hylamide, NIOD and Fountain, took to Instagram to share the exciting news that another foundation would be joining their ever-growing collection.
Joining the current line-up of Colours and the Serum foundations, their third base offering will be called the Watercolours.
Offering their most lightweight coverage yet, The Ordinary describes the formula as ‘oil-free, silicone-free skin tints that look super natural’. In fact, the consistency of the formula is actually thinner than water - nope, we’re not sure how that works either. More of the subtle coverage offered by a tinted moisturiser than a hardcore foundation it seems like it would be the perfect option for those days when you want a little colour but nothing heavy on the skin.
We don’t know much more at this stage except their launching in December and we can expect the extensive inclusive shade range we experience with two previous foundations. The price has yet to be revealed but it is likely to around the bargain £6 mark.
