Come January, it's all too easy to fall into the trap of feeling like you won't be complete without mastering Swahili, running a marathon every weekend and making every single meal from organic, local, raw produce. We say: stuff all of that. If you want to make a little change in your life, why not make it in your beauty routine?
If you've been meaning to switch up your beauty look, there's no better time than the New Year (especially with all those make-up sets/gift cards you were probably bought for Christmas). Or, if you know you've been neglecting your skin, or not giving your teeth enough love, there's no time like the present to make a fresh start.
Just remember - make-up isn't a tattoo, so if you aren't feeling your new look, you can wipe it off. Oh, and good habits are hard to form, so muscle through the first few months and then flossing/body brushing/applying SPF will be second nature.
