The Base: 'I always, always, always use Chanel's Vitalumière Foundation, £45,' says Kay, 'I remember Anne Hathaway, when she was younger, would say "I love Vitalumière," she used to use it with a moisturiser as a tint. It's always been one of my go-to's. Chanel are amazing, they always bring out so many great foundations, but I always go back to that Vitalumière formulation.'

The Highlighter: Kay notes that perfect highlighter placement depends entirely on what your skin looks like in the first place. 'If your skin is on the matte side,' she says, 'you could use a glow stick. Chanel have one called Baume Essentiel Multi-Use Glow Stick, £35. It's a great product. You can use it to really pick up the highlight on your cheekbones, your eyelids, anywhere really. It doesn't look like you're wearing a product.'

The Bronzer: Kay is a huge fan of Chanel's Les Beiges Bronzing Cream, £43. 'There's something about the texture of it, it's so user-friendly,' she says, 'it doesn't go patchy, it's absolutely idiot-proof, there are very few products like that. You can't go wrong. All you need is a good brush,' try the Chanel Petit Pinceau Kabuki, £42, 'Use it to chuck it on wherever the sun hits you.'

The Cleanser: Kay uses the Chanel Sublimage Gel-To-Oil Cleanser, £90. 'I love the Chanel Sublimage skincare range,' says Kay, 'it's a rich skincare line.'

The Moisturiser: 'I love Chanel's Hydra Beauty range, and their Camellia Water Cream, £50, has little light-reflecting particles in it. It's got this lovely hydrating quality to it. I put that on my cheeks - I always find that it's my cheeks that get dry, and I like them to look plumped-up. I also keep it in my make-up kit because I often find that the people I'm working with are long-haul flyers and I'm often working with their face after they've been on a long flight from the US, that's very typical for me, so I often use this to refresh their skin.'

The Perfume: Kay's all-time favourite perfume is the iconic Chanel No5 Eau de Parfum Spray, £126 for 100ml. 'I've always got a bottle of the original Chanel No5 Eau de Parfum, I use it as a base. I tap a little bit on. I also like to spray my hair with Chanel No5 The Hair Mist, £48 for 35ml.'
