Songstress and constant source of beauty inspiration, Katy Perry gave us a very valuable lesson in the art of ‘Glunge’ on the Givenchy FROW in Paris. To refresh your memory, ‘Glunge’ is the term that best describes glamorous grunge – or how our Beauty Director Liz Hamleton puts it, ‘how the Real Housewives of Cheshire would want to do grunge’. Bold, beautiful, dark and oh-so wearable.
Pairing her black cat flick with a deep purple lip and slicked back hair, we think Katy was inspired by the Glunge make-up trend that we’ve spotted backstage at the shows, from Marc Jacobs to Giles to Emanuel Ungaro.
