What's inside the Cult Beauty x Hush edit?

By Terry Brightening Cellularose CC Serum in 'Sunny Flash' (deluxe size; 8ml)

Those who worship at the altar of unrivalled glow will be all too familiar with By Terry’s Brightening CC serum - the shade ‘Sunny Flash’ in particular, has amassed something of a cult following among radiance-seekers. A multi-purpose wonder, it can be smoothed across the entire complexion for a wash of subtle luminosity or added to the high points of the face for a more precise highlight. Dreamy.

Westman Atelier Lit Up Highlight Stick in 'Nectar' (travel size; 2.5ml)

Make-up artist to the stars Gucci Westman has built a reputation as the ultimate glow-giver - she’s responsible for Jennifer Aniston’s Cali-girl colour, after all. This highlighter stick makes for the perfect finishing touch - simply smooth it over the top of make-up to add sheen-laden luminosity. The infusion of grape extract will also protect skin from free radical damage.

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Light Wand in 'Pillow Talk Medium' (full size; 12ml)

For a megawatt glow beauty editors reach for the ever viral Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Light Wands. This one, in the shade ‘Pillow Talk Medium,’ is perfect for creating a dewy, glossy highlight - sans stickiness.

Natasha Denona Mini Biba Palette (full size; 0.8g)

The palette offering here is a refreshingly wearable one - think soft, subtle champagnes, pinks and minks - no garish neon in sight.

Saie Mascara 101 in 'Black' (full size; 10g)

A full-sized mascara? Don’t mind if we do. Just a wiggle of Saie’s wand works to add volume while combing out any clumps. Bonus points for the lash loving formulation - shea butter and amino acids make for longer, strong lashes in the long run, too.

NARS Explicit Lipstick in 'Body Heat' (deluxe size; 1.2g)

Nars knows its way around a good shade of lippie. Case in point, the shade ‘Body Heat,’ a universally flattering brown-meets-red that oozes French girl chic.

Is the Cult Beauty x Hush Edit worth it?

Rachael Martin, beauty editor:

‘Yes! While there's been ample beauty meets fashion collaborations of late (the Stanley Cup x Elizabeth Arden and ELEMIS x Shrimps, for starters) not all manage to meet the mark. Thanks to the calibre of this edit, however, I'm predicting great things. Every single brand included epitomises luxury - there's no fillers in here. With Westman Atelier, Charlotte Tilbury, By Terry, Saie, Natasha Denona and Nars, you'd be hard pressed to find a better line-up anywhere. And that's all before we appreciate the sports-luxe style pouch which doubles-up as a handbag - I've taken mine for a whirl a few times now, and you best believe it's reeled in the compliments. £145 worth of goods for a mere £42? Plus a handbag? A bonafide beauty bargain.'
