) (her secret? Judiciously applied concealer…), and now Bella is showing us how she prepares for a date. Of course, it helps that the new ambassador for Dior Beauty has the brand’s Creative and Image Director for Make-Up, Peter Philips, on speed dial to provide some expert advice…
In a brand new beauty video for Dior, Bella is wearing her trademark beauty look: glowing, dewy skin, soft brows and a subtle contour-and-highlight to die for, with her hair slicked back into a high ponytail. But for the model, the success of her date-night look depends on choosing the perfect shade of lipstick. First up? The brand’s classic red, Rouge Dior. ‘I love this bright red smile,’ Bella reveals, layering the scarlet hue over Lip Glow, ‘the perfect reviving base.’
On Peter’s advice, next up is Matte 999: another traffic-stopping red in a matte formula which, as Bella puts it, means ‘perfect hold – no compromise.’ The model is seen prepping her lips with Fix It to smooth and even the lip colour, before shaping the lips with Contour lip liner.
The model then goes on to show us how to style an ombré lip (it’s easier than it looks, promise), before finding the perfect shade for her date.
