_Say hello to Liz Loves! Each and every week, our Health & Beauty Director, Liz Hambleton, will be revealing her beauty secrets and makeup must-haves direct from Grazia _HQ...__*

**Festival-spiration! **

Ok I admit it - I’ve never actually been to a festival. I’m not much of a camper and the thought of communal showers, Portaloos and muddy fields fill me with horror. So while I won’t be crowd surfing at Glasto with Sienna and Kate, I will be wearing this summer’s chic, understated festival beauty trends. Think delicate festival face art applied to the eyes and cheekbones, the odd star (as seen at Tommy Hilfiger) drawn on my hand or the corner of my eyes, maybe even a touch a glitter if I’m feeling experimental. I’ll be stocking up on festival face art essentials from Stargazer and Make Up Store. Click here to watch my Two Minute Makeover on making stick-on stars work for grown-ups.

Skin Friendly Face Wipes

As a beauty director I’m all about cleansing but even I have times when I just want to whip off my make-up without too much fuss or bother. A chance encounter with the new Olay Total Effects Anti-Ageing Wet Wipes has totally changed my opinion of face wipes and I can openly admit these have quickly become a regular part of my skincare regime. Now, I don’t advocate using face wipes on a daily basis (simply because your skin can reap so many benefits from a regular cleansing regime) but these soothing, hydrating and gentle wipes remove makeup, leave my skin looking and feeling fresh and just happen to be extremely portable. Go forth and wipe with my blessing…

Try A Magenta Mouth

Over red? Not into orange? Then try the most modern of all statement lips – magenta. As make-up artist Andrew Gallimore told me on our shoot for this week’s issue; ‘ Magenta is the halfway point between pink and purple which means it suits just about every skin tone.’ The lipstick he recommends to EVERYBODY is Nars Audacious Lipstick in Angela, (£20.00) . You can see here on our shoot just how wearable it actually is. ‘You can work a very pretty look with this colour and you can create a punkier edge if that’s more suited to your style.’ Andrew said. How do I wear it? I dab it onto the centre of my lips and press them together to create a stained effect. You’ll find it easier to wear by day.

Spray On Zen

We all have those moments when we feel a tad frazzled which is why this week I’m recommending that Roques O'Neil Therapie Restore Aura Spray (£26.00) should be a desk essential for every woman. A couple of quick spritzes will instantly help you to catch your breath and find a little bit of inner peace. Namaste.
