Taylor Swift Is Totally Owning ‘Meh’ Hair

We love Taylor Swift here at Grazia. We love her catchy tunes, her infectious energy and her $40 million dollar pins. But we have a bone to pick with Ms Swift - if we had Taylor's killer body, razor-sharp cheekbones and of course, access to the best glam squad in the business, we'd have a little more fun with our look. Taylor could seriously pull of some wild styles - and yet, we're stuck with the same old thing each time she steps out.

Taylor's never been much of a risk-taker - look at how long she's been working that 'red lip classic thing', along with her well-documented love of glittery, sequinned mini dresses. On Sunday night at the iHeartMusic Awards when she collected her impressive amount of gongs, she had what we're calling 'meh hair' down to a tee: neither too long nor too short, neither too dark or very blonde. Taylor's hair was slap bang in the middle of the sartorial fence.

Now, Taylor's a striking beauty, and she has the cream of the crop of the hair world on speed dial. If a bold dye job went wrong, she'd be able to have it fixed in a jiffy. So, why not take a chance? We think Taylor would look great with more updos, or even going platinum blonde a la Kim Kardashian. Red could even work - Taylor's peaches and cream complexion would definitely compliment an auburn note or two perfectly.

Taylor, we love you. We just want to see you have some fun with your style like a normal 20 something. Get some bright extensions. Go for a few more ear piercings. Hell, even just mix up that fringe of yours and pin it to the side. You never know unless you try...
