Paris Hilton Is Releasing A New Skincare Product Called Unicorn Mist

It’s been quite a while since our favourite ‘it girl’ of the 2000s has been in the spotlight, but that doesn’t mean that party girl Paris Hilton has been sleeping, nope.

The heiress-cum-musician-cum model-cum reality TV star has actually been quietly on her grind over the past few years, building a business empire from the ground up in true Hilton fashion and is probably best known for being a perfume mogul. The 36-year-old businesswoman boasts an impressive collection of 23 original fragrances, which have earned her in excess of a billion dollars in sales And now she's only gone and reached out her slender, diamond bedazzled arms to grab hold of yet another lucrative, global market – the skincare industry.

Her new natural skincare label will be released under the Hilton Lifestyle brand umbrella (which she co-owns) that includes both her cosmetics and fragrance lines and now… Unicorn Mist!

Yes, you did read that right – Unicorn Mist. I mean, what else were you expecting for her debut product? This is Paris Hilton we’re talking about here.

Paris’ unusually understated website describes the ‘magical’ product as a ‘blend of pure rose extracts and soothing emollients [that] leaves skin refreshed, hydrated and awakened.’ It’s supposed to act as a soothing, spray-on mist that can be used either as a toner, a cooling out-and-about spritz or even on top of makeup, as a setting spray.

Naturally, the product comes in a cool very unicorn-esque, holographic, duo-chromey looking spray bottle. However, please note that there isn’t actually any glitter or sparkly stuff (or unicorn) in the product. Despite what the packaging looks like, the formula does actually dry clear.

Instinctively, in order to promo her snazzy, new rose-water Unicorn Mist thing, Paris decided to do the most Paris Hilton thing ever and take part in a bunch of unicorn-themed campaign shoots. And what better place to post the promo pics than on her very own Instagram page dedicated to all things unicorn– obviously.

The official release date for the Unicorn Mist hasn’t yet been announced, sadly but if you do suddenly fancy getting your hands on some limited-edition Unicorn Mist, then you should fly on over to the website where the product is available to pre-order.

It retails for $29 which is about £21.50 on this side of the pond. Unicorn Mist will also be available in some select retail stores in Australia at some point in December.
