When it comes to makeup removal, are you the perfect combination of skint and lazy? Waking up looking like sexy racoon from the wrong side of the tracks can now be a thing of the past with this handy DIY eye-makeup remover tutorial.

All you need is:

  1. Oil (I prefer grapeseed because it’s scentless and meant to be non-irritating. Bonus, you can cook with it too.)

  2. Filtered water

  3. A small jar that seals tightly

  4. Cotton pads

First, pour the oil into the jar. I went about half-way.

Then pour in some filtered water. You can use rosewater if you’re feeling fancy.

Place some cotton pads into the container. I recommend adding enough cotton for 3-5 days, so it doesn’t get too soggy. You can always refill later.

Gently shake before each use.

Presto. Use the pad to gently wipe all your eye makeup off. You now have an all-natural, effective eye makeup remover at a fraction of the price. Go forth and mascara to your heart’s content.
