Jennifer Lawrence is generating a lot of buzz right now – from her new sci-fi flick Passengers to her film director ‘boyfriend’, Darren Aronofsky (c’mon guys! Just admit you’re together). Now add to that list a stunning brand new ‘do. Yep, her signature lob is no longer.
The 26-year-old actress showed off her new longer, bleached locks, courtesy of some well-blended hair extensions, at her film premiere in Madrid.
Of course, J-Law is a fan of switching up her look. And every single time we want to rush to the hairdressers.
Before settling on her signature long bob hairstyle, she’s rocked dark brunette hair a la Katniss Everdeen, an edgy pixie crop and more recently experimented with a silver blonde hue.
Although her recent transformation is more Jennifer Lawrence circa 2011, when she was a fresh-faced Oscar nominee - glamourous, tousled and parted at the centre. Although it may only be a temporary move.
On deciding to chop off her locks in 2013, she said: ‘I don’t know, I cut it earlier, and it was just kind of like [shoulder-length] and it grew to that awkward, gross length, and I just kept putting it back in a bun, and I said, ‘Well I don’t want to do this,’ so I just cut it off.’
