Kristen Stewart made headlines earlier this year when she shaved her head into a platinum buzz cut for an upcoming role in the film Underwater. She certainly pulled off the look, and in the process she kicked off a trend throughout Hollywood that saw Cara Delevingne and Kate Hudson following suit.
While the the low-maintenance cut looks effortlessly chic when just shaved, if you want to transition back to long locks you have to deal with the tricky in-between stage- something Stewart is currently tackling.
At Monday night’s Elle Women In Hollywood event she debuted her grown out, blonde tipped pixie crop. Styling it with a little wax, the quiffed up crop was well suited to Stewart’s grungy aesthetic, especially when paired with a dark smokey eye.

The laid back ‘do was also the perfect accompaniment to her standout suit choice. From Antonio Berardi’s resort collection, the black and orange floral two-piece was a move away from Stewart's go-to red carpet look. Featuring unusual cut-away shoulder details, Stewart wore it with a lacy bralette and sky high stilettos. The finishing touch? An on-trend fresh white pedicure.
