Cheryl Fernandez-Versini Debuts New Short Chop On Instagram

Cheryl Fernanez-Versini has debuted a new surprise look on Instagram. No she hasn't expanded that rose tattoo, but has chopped her signature locks off into a new bouncy bob.

The new look is all about volume - expect Cheryl to make her way through a whole lot of Elnett. Cheryl Instagrammed two pictures of the new crop with the caption: "I ❤️ the 70's #newdo colour is @lorealparisuk Casting Creme Gloss Berry Red 565. @percyhair thanks for the chop." She then captioned another image "long over due..."

Cheryl has had quite the hair-volution - there aren't many shades on the L'Oreal colour chart she hasn't tried. She has gone from cornrows to volumous chestnut curls to a deep red to blonde ombre. Oh and who could forget the American X Factor bouffant?

In July 2014 Cheryl married her partner Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini after three months of dating. Cheryl isn't the only one to cut off her hair in the first year of marriage. You've heard of break up new hair, but many women after getting married also opt for a whole new look. Lauren Conrad and Lauren Santo Domingo both went for 'wife hair.'
