An elegant updo is chic and simple.
We are OBSESSED with Solange Knowles' wedding photos. Trust the sister of Queen Bey, and the Princess of Cool, to have the most understated-yet-edgy nuptials going - we're talking everyone wearing white, a ceremony in New Orleans and a distinctly rustic vibe. All that aside, her hair was what really caught our eye. Solange has been known to rock a big 'do, but her style for her wedding was nothing short of gorgeous. Textured curls, cut to the most face-framing length, with bags of volume and you've got one heck of an enviable style.
We've also been lusting after Emily Ratajkowski's 1940s-inspired side-swept curls. Paired with a red lip, this 'do was the perfect meeting of old and new that had us reaching for our curling tongs. We also had eyes for Jennifer Aniston's sleek layers (hey, if ain't broke) perfectly showcasing her glossy tresses. Also, Julianne Moore got the curly memo - her soft waves are elegant and chic.
Jenna Dewan-Tatum's textured lob also looked really fresh. Her raven-black locks look super healthy, and we love the wave running through them, without seeming too fussy. A triumph. Finally, Keira Knightley. Her big, glossy curls are the quintessential English rose look.
