Camilla the Queen Consort arrived at Westminster Abbey today flanked by her companions - her sister Annabel Elliot and longtime friend the Marchioness of Lansdowne. The trio looked suitably elegant as they prepared to walk down the aisle ahead of the coronation of King Charles III and there were notable similarities in their appearance. Yes, all three women wore full-length white gowns, but most striking of all were their matching hairstyles.

Camilla made this hairstyle a hallmark of her signature style years ago. The Queen Consort may have dabbled with different hair colours - she opted for a dark golden blonde in the 90s and sticks to cool, creamy tones of platinum nowadays - but her cut has rarely deviated from the shoulder-grazing bob, soft fringe and subtle layers that appeared blow-dried and glossy in Westminster Abbey today.

Not even her wedding to Charles could tempt her to change things up. Expertly flicked up and away from her face, Camilla's hair looked regal and crown-ready. It's no wonder, then, that her companions were inspired to sport the exact same look.

The look is clearly going viral in aristocratic circles, but are we about to see 'the Camilla' start trending on TikTok too? Will the Gen Z set be requesting a 'Queen Consort blonde' in salons up and down the country? Only time will tell.
