Ariana Grande is so loyal to her signature hairstyle, you'd be forgiven for thinking she came out of the womb with a poker-straight, super-long ponytail.
However, in a snap posted on her Instagram last night, she showed that's not actually the case.
In fact, her natural hair is pretty darn curly - who knew?
Sporting a cute faux-undercut thanks to some tight French braids, Ariana tagged her long-time hairstylist, Dalina Rebollo in the photo.
At the time of writing, Ariana had racked up over a million likes, with dozens of commenters begging her to keep the curls.
Who knows, maybe this marks a new era for Ariana? Perhaps she'll let her curls fly free, take off the false lashes and switch up the skater skirt and thigh-high boots? Well, maybe...
