Lets face it. Its so cold you want to stay in and sleep till spring, but the reality is there's a lot of shopping to be done. Make these soups to last you a full week of fun time thrills.

For the Scandi in you. It’s basically fish and potato in delicious liquid.

2.Hearty Chicken And Chorizo Broth

Again, I think this is one step away from being a stew but hell who cares. Only takes 30mins to make so is great last minute got a friend coming over dish.

3. Rich And Velvety Beetroot Soup

I mean… anything with ‘rich and velvety’ in the title is a must this winter. The colour makes it instagram worthy too.

4. Spiced Vegetable Soup With Lentils And Roasted Chilli

If you’re not feeling the meat but don’t want a veggie broth this is the soup for you.

5. Roasted Cauliflower And Chickpea Soup

This is an excellent soup to make if you’re trying to impress someone. A girlfriend? A parent maybe.. or a colleague. It looks fancy.
