Cassie Steer is acting head of beauty at Grazia with over 25 years’ experience on women’s glossies. She previously served as Beauty Director at Instyle and beauty editor at Marie Claire and her work has featured in Stylist, Sunday Times Style, the Telegraph, net-a-porter.com, glamour.com amongst many more. She graduated from Kings College London with a degree in Geography and armed with the knowledge that soil erosion rates were not for her. A beauty minimalist with maximalist sensibilities, she loves an unpronounceable ingredient and geeking out over the latest health and beauty tech whether that’s polynucleotides or fragrances driven by neuroscience.
When not swatching eyeshadows, Cassie can be found stomping around Shoreditch with her two feral boys or reminiscing over the extensive vintage wardrobe she seldom wears because of said feral boys.
