It was only last week that Grazia Daily was catching up with Victoria Beckham backstage at her Autumn Winter 2014 show during New York Fashion Week. It was there that the designer told us how excited she gets to see women wearing her creations - and something tells us she's going to be pretty chuffed with tonight's coup.
Because here is Amy Adams on the red carpet at the 2014 BAFTA Awardswearing one of Lady Beckham's gowns. The black dress features a sheer cropped overlay, a dainty collar and is form-fittingly tight in classic Becks style. It also shows off Amy's toned arms marvellously well.
The ensemble has been created especially for the actress and resembles from a more boyish look that hit the Spring Summer 2014 catwalk back in September [below left]. Although we would've liked to see more colour from Ms Adams, you can't argue with wearing the Queen of British Fashion to Blighty's glitziest event.

Amy is nominated for the Best Actress award thanks to her clevage-tastic turn in American Hustle so it's no mean feat for Victoria to have dressed such an acclaimed star. Rewind to two years ago and it was Melissa George (you know, the one who used to be in Home And Away) who wore a VB gown, which is yet more proof of how the designer's career has sky-rocketed. Three cheers all round.*
