It might not be Christmas yet, but fashion people are always, always looking forward and so we already planning London Fashion Week in February.
The schedule for London Fashion Week Autumn Winter 2016 has been released by the British Fashion Council. Among the names of British designers is Alexander McQueen, which usually shows in Paris, but is moving back to London for one season only. The show is pencilled in for Sunday 21 February at 7pm - this is bound to be one of the most talked about, most-tweeted moments of London Fashion Week.
Also back on the schedule is Mulberry, who after several seasons of presentations will be returning with a full catwalk show under the direction of their new creative director Johnny Coca. Charlotte Olympia is also going to make her London Fashion Week catwalk debut.
Other names on the schedule include the usual London Fashion Week favourites, such as Burberry, Christopher Kane, David Koma, Erdem, Gareth Pugh, Giles, J.W. Anderson, Marques’ Almeida, Mary Katrantzou, Paul Smith, Peter Pilotto, Preen, Roksanda, Simone Rocha and Topshop Unique.
We don't want to wish our lives away, but bring on February.
