A whole host of designers from Louis Vuitton to Chloe chose the Seventies trend as their focus for Spring/Summer 2015, but it was American designer Tommy Hilfiger who reasserted his love for the rock'n'roll era the most. Patchwork denim, military jackets, lurex knits and metallic booties were all key highlights of the collection, and it went down a storm. So much so that when the A-list rocked up to his Autumn/Winter 2015 show at New York Fashion Week, they fully embraced the seventies groupie vibe complete with flares, faux fur gilet and oversized sunnies.
Typically a trend that returns to the shop floors for summer, take style notes from these three starlets on how to wear the trend now whilst its still a little chilly out. Stick to tailoring, faux fur as outerwear, rich velvets, polonecks and deep wintery hues to nail this look and be inspired by our gallery of the top 20 seventies inspired buys in our gallery above...
